Il suo design moderno ed esclusivo si combina con materiali altamente performanti, come lo schienale in tessuto doppio mesh tecnico da 400g/m², studiato per garantire traspirabilità, resistenza e supporto ergonomico durante l’utilizzo quotidiano.
La struttura dello schienale è realizzata in PP rinforzato con fibra di vetro (PP + 30% GF), offrendo maggiore solidità e durata nel tempo rispetto alle sedie tradizionali.
La seduta è composta da schiuma stampata ad alta densità da 10 cm, rivestita con tessuto tecnico da 420G/mq, per assicurare comfort costante anche durante lunghe ore di lavoro.

Sedia da ufficio completa di poggiatesta fisso, grazie alla tecnologia Auto-Balance sincronizzata con blocco in 3 posizioni (permette di fissare l’inclinazione preferita quando si desidera maggiore stabilità) la sedia si adatta automaticamente al peso dell’utente (quando l’utente si inclina all’indietro, il sistema regola automaticamente la resistenza dello schienale mantenendo sempre il giusto equilibrio tra supporto e libertà di movimento) permettendo alla sedia di seguire naturalmente i movimenti del corpo senza richiedere regolazioni manuali complesse; mentre la funzione di seduta scorrevole (avanti e indietro di 6 cm) permette di regolare la profondità per un supporto ergonomico ottimale. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Retailers, companies and VAT holders are therefore excluded from the right.

zikhome.com will return the price paid by the Customer within 14 days from the customer's communication regarding his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal; if the product arrives damaged or incomplete at zikhome.com, zikhome.com will refund only part of the sum paid by the Customer, i.e. the price deducted for damages or missing parts.

To obtain a refund, the goods must arrive carriage paid at our warehouses in Trani. The shipping costs for returning the returned goods are borne by the buyer.

⚠️ In order for this return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• You must return everything that has been delivered. Don't forget to include the instructions and accessories inside the box.
• The packaging must be the original one and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

ZIK brand products are covered by an additional 1 YEAR free warranty for a total of 3 YEARS.

How to get the WARRANTY EXTENSION?

For purchases made on our site, the extension is automatic. You do not have to do anything.

For products purchased on other platforms (Amazon, eBay, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano, etc.):

After receiving the product, send us an email to ordini@zikhome.it simply indicating:

From this data we will trace the purchased product, and we will insert your warranty extension into our systems free of charge.

*Please remember that the warranty is subject to the terms of the law, as indicated in the "Warranty Card"/"Warranty Certificate" included in the package.

The data will be used in accordance with the current legislation on Privacy, which will be accepted by sending the requested data.

We will not use the data provided for promotional purposes. The data may be used for communications regarding product recalls.

- Shipping is free throughout Italy, including the islands, for all products on the site. In no case will additional costs be charged.

- In the event that the Customer chooses "cash on delivery" as the payment method, a fixed management fee of € 8.00 will be added to the total amount to be paid to the courier

- Following the confirmation of the purchase order sent to the e-mail address indicated, the Customer will be able to follow the delivery of the order online

- The shipping terms start from the moment of receipt of the payment (made electronically, or by bank transfer). In the event that payment is made with cash on delivery, the Customer may be contacted for further confirmation of the order

- The Products purchased will be delivered by express courier (TNT, GLS, SDA, BARTOLINI) to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase. The delivery of the products is carried out at the "roadside". The courier does not deliver to the floor

- If after three delivery attempts by the courier it has not been possible to deliver the products for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will go into storage and from this moment the product will go into storage, and the Customer will have 10 days to collect the same.

- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure.

- The possibility of choosing the courier by the Customer is not foreseen. If the customer is a consumer, the art. 63 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) according to which the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.
